“I was charged with the murder of my best friend, and held on a $1 million dollar bond. My family got Greg Robey on the case and he immediately started fighting for me. He found a forensic pathologist and a firearms expert to help my case. After a long battle with the prosecutors, I was freed. I can honestly say that Greg Robey saved my life!” -R.W., Warren, Ohio
Several high-ranking Ohio officials have called for a comprehensive review of all death penalty cases in the state, and possibly a moratorium on executions while the review is being carried out. They are urging the state to convene an independent task force to examine the cases of inmates on death row in light of recent advances in DNA technology. Over the past several years, Ohio is second to only Texas in the number of executions carried out.
